Collins and Evan Miller, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Minnesota limited liability partnership, and procured the buyer, a Minnesota limited liability company.
Hillside Apartments is a 96-unit property made up entirely of two-bedroom units, with private garages on site for residents. Built in 1973, it spans 9.03 acres near the Mississippi River and includes 95,040 rentable square feet.
