Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Anchored Retail Center in Coral Springs, Florida

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Dec. 18, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 25,905-square-foot neighborhood retail center at 9830–9880 W Sample Road in Coral Springs, Florida. The asset sold for $7,395,000.
Douglas Mandel, Zach Levine and Cody Hershey, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, The Geneva Group. The buyer, David Ragno of DRG Real Estate LLC, was procured by Tarek Chbeir of Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, along with Mandel, Levine and Hershey.
The center is situated on 1.62 acres and anchored by Wings Plus, along with a mix of dental, medical, education and service-oriented tenants. It is located on West Sample Road in Coral Springs, less than a half-mile west of University Drive, one of the city’s main commercial corridors.
The Sample Road corridor is undergoing significant redevelopment, including Cornerstone Plaza and the planned City Village district, bringing new activity to the area.
