PIKE ROAD, Ala., Dec. 17, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 12,800-square-foot medical office building, occupied by Baptist Health, in Pike Road, Alabama, for $4,691,500.
