ST. CLOUD, Minn., Dec. 10, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 113-room Holiday Inn Express property in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
“This was a seldom available opportunity to acquire a high grossing upper midscale flag in a highly sought after Minnesota market,” said Jon Ruzicka, managing director investments. “The Buyer is planning an extensive renovation which will further enhance the property’s appeal.”
