TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 1, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Starbucks property in Tucson, Arizona, for $3 million.

Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Arizona limited liability company, through a partnership with DSW Commercial Real Estate and Iridius Capital. The team also procured the buyer, a California limited partnership.
Built in 2024, the 2,200-square-foot Starbucks is located at 6210 E. Broadway Blvd. on 0.43 acres. The property features a new 10-year corporate guaranteed lease. Positioned adjacent to Park Place Mall, which reports 7 million visits annually, the site offers high visibility with approximately 77,000 vehicles passing daily.
