Marcus & Millichap Arranges $4.7M Sale of Kiddie Academy Childcare Facility in Simpsonville, S.C.

SIMPSONVILLE, S.C., Nov. 24, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased childcare facility, occupied by Kiddie Academy, in Simpsonville, South Carolina, for $4,725,000.
