Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 41,219-Square-Foot Retail Center in Brick Township, New Jersey

BRICK TOWNSHIP, N.J., Nov. 20, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Yorktowne Plaza, a 23-unit shopping center in Brick Township, New Jersey. The asset sold for $7,250,000.

Hyldahl, Alan Cafiero, and Seth Goldberg represented the seller, Ocean County Equities LLC.
Yorktowne Plaza spans 41,219 square feet on 5.84 acres. Located at 2610–3000 Yorktowne Boulevard, the center sits at the signalized intersection of Hooper Avenue and Yorktowne Boulevard. Tenants include Domino’s, Mariner Finance, Crown Fried Chicken, Nova Games and Community Medical Center, among others. The plaza is minutes from the Garden State Parkway, U.S. Route 9 and NJ-70.
