Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of 102-Room Hampton Inn Milwaukee-Airport

MILWAUKEE, Nov. 19, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 102-room Hampton Inn hotel property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“All parties worked together to close in a timely period, since the seller had a CMBS loan and a hard date by which they needed to close,” Ebrahim Valliani, managing director investments. “The trust both the buyer and seller groups had in us made it more seamless, as there was a lot of proper planning and logistics involved to get this across the finish line.”
Valliani, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with Todd Lindblom, Marcus & Millichap’s Wisconsin broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investment groups. The transaction received additional support from Michael Klar, Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The three-story hotel is situated on 3.92 acres at 1200 W. College Ave., less than three miles from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Property amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, breakfast area and shuttle service.
