CHANDLER, Ariz., Nov. 19, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Floor & Decor property in Chandler, Arizona, for $7 million.
“We’re seeing increased demand from buyers for quality net-lease assets,” said Nick Christifulli, associate director investments. “With alternative investment returns diminishing and recent rate cuts, we anticipate 2026 to be a strong year in the net-lease investment space.”
Christifulli, Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Delaware limited liability company, and procured the buyer, an Arizona limited liability company.
Located at 1901 E. Northrop Blvd., the newly constructed, 65,056-square-foot Floor & Decor opened in August and is secured by a 20-year absolute triple-net ground lease. The property is situated on 6.33 acres, adjacent to Chandler Municipal Airport.
