KEY WEST, Fla., Nov.18, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Cabana Inn Key West, a 24-room boutique hotel in the Old Town section of Key West, Florida.
