DECATUR, Ind., Nov. 17, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Woodlynn Apartments, an 84-unit multifamily property in Decatur, Indiana.
“Woodlynn Apartments was sold by the family of the original developer after more than 20 years of ownership and operation,” said Teddy Kenny, associate investments. “With high homeownership rates, modest property values and proximity to major employers and strong schools, the property will have strong rental demand for many years. The buyer is expanding its real estate portfolio into Adams County, a stable, rural market located about 30 minutes southeast of Fort Wayne.”
Kenny, Aaron Kuroiwa and Austin Meeker, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, the family of the original developer, and procured the buyer, a local group out of Fort Wayne.
