TROY, Ala., Nov. 13, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the $7.5 million sale of Willow Terrace, a 128-unit multifamily community in Troy, Alabama.
