Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Caliber Collision and Enterprise Property in Harrison, Ohio

HARRISON, Ohio, Oct. 20, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a two-suite retail property, occupied by Caliber Collision and Enterprise, in Harrison, Ohio. The property sold for $1,135,000. 

“We were able to secure a local, non-1031 investor from our extensive database,” said Dan Yozwiak, managing director investments. “This investor was attracted to the fundamentals of this transaction. The location, yield, and tenant performance made this a very attractive acquisition." 

Yozwiak and Darpan Patel, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Tampa offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. 

“Caliber Collision has an exceptional reputation, and we generated significant interest,” added Patel, managing director investments. “The challenges related to landlord responsibility, combined with a short-term Enterprise lease in a suburban tertiary market, were enough to create multiple false starts. Our persistence secured a buyer who paid a fair price and delivered a smooth process." 

The 13,482-square-foot property, located at 10106 Harrison Ave., sits on a 1.13-acre parcel just off Interstate 74. The site is fully leased to Caliber Collision and Enterprise Rent-A-Car under corporately guaranteed leases. The property is adjacent to Harrison Commerce Center, a 70-acre development that includes a newly built 500,000-square-foot distribution center. Nearby national retailers include Kroger Marketplace, Home Depot, CVS and McDonald’s.
