Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale of Net-Leased Property in Commerce, Georgia

ATLANTA, Oct. 15, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 3,751-square-foot Whataburger in Commerce, Georgia, for $2.62 million. This was part of a portfolio of Georgia Whataburger’s the Taylor McMinn Retail Group has sold in recent months including the August 2025 sale of a newly built Whataburger in Acworth for $2.69 million.

McMinn and Marcus & Millichap’s Andrew Koriwchak exclusively marketed the property on behalf of an undisclosed seller.

Built in 2023 on a 1.2-acre parcel, the site sits adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter and benefits from visibility to more than 31,000 vehicles per day on Highway 441 and 50,700 vehicles per day along nearby Interstate 85.
