WEST CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 21, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Ducklings Early Learning Center, an 11,191-square-foot net-leased daycare and preschool in West Chester, Pennsylvania, for $4,065,000.
