Skyler Cooper, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Cooper received additional support from Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. Michael Knall and Josh Tammen from the firm’s Phoenix office procured the buyer.
