Marcus & Millichap Facilitates the Sale of a $7.2MM Retail Center on the Prime Corner of 6th & Broadway in Denver

DENVER, CO, June 5, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Shops at 6th & Broadway, a 12,033-square foot retail property located in Denver, CO, according to Adam A. Lewis, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office. The asset sold for $7,200,000.

Ian Hicks, Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private local investor. The Buyer, a local family office, was also procured by the listing team.   

Strategically positioned at the high-traffic, signalized intersection of 6th Avenue and Broadway—one of Denver’s busiest thoroughfares—is home to long-standing tenants such as AT&T, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Einstein Bros. Bagels & Palm Beach Tan. The asset was 76% occupied at the time of sale, the only vacancy being the end cap adjacent to Broadway.
