Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 98-Room Best Western Plus in Blaine, Minnesota

BLAINE, Minn., June 17, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 98-room Best Western Plus in Blaine, Minnesota.

The Best Western Plus Blaine is located at 10580 Baltimore St. NE, adjacent to the National Sports Center, the world’s largest amateur sports and meeting facility, which draws more than 4 million visitors annually. Built in 2007, the hotel features 98 guestrooms with kitchenettes and modern amenities, along with amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, arcade room, business center and meeting space.
