Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Two Plaza Tire Service Properties in Missouri

KIRKWOOD & WARRENTON, Mo., June 10, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of two net-leased Plaza Tire Service properties in Kirkwood and Warrenton, Missouri for a collective $5,169,230. Plaza Tire Service has served the St. Louis region since 1963 and operates 80+ locations across 6 states.
“Demand remains strong for internet-resistant retail like automotive service, especially when backed by a well-known regional operator like Plaza Tire Service," said Ken Jacobsmeyer. "Both properties offered long-term stability and excellent fundamentals, which drove my client’s interest.”
Jacobsmeyer, associate director of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, procured the buyer, a local Missouri-based company.
The Kirkwood property, at 915 S. Kirkwood Road, was built in 2020 and spans 6,255 square feet on 1.01 acres. The Warrenton location, at 907 Old Steinhagen Road, was constructed in 2016 and totals 5,400 square feet on 0.98 acres. Both sites have long-term, absolute net leases with Sun Auto Group, which acquired PTS in 2022 but continues to operate under the Plaza Tire Service name.
