EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y., May 13, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of The Storage Mall, a 548-unit self-storage property located in East Syracuse, New York.
