Marcus & Millichap Expands Multi-Housing Division with Atlanta-based Multifamily Team

ATLANTA, GA Jan. 19, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that multifamily real estate investment professionals Scott Spalding, Marco Welch, and Joe Mitchell have joined the firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Previously with Atlanta-based Bull Realty Inc., Spalding and Welch join Marcus & Millichap as senior vice presidents and Mitchell as a first vice president. Spalding is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Spalding holds a degree in business from Morehouse College with a concentration in real estate. Welch has over 20 years of real estate experience. He studied business and finance at Morehouse College and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mitchell graduated from the University of Georgia and received a B.B.A. degree in real estate from the Terry College of Business.
