Marcus & Millichap Announces Promotion of Tim Stephenson to Regional Manager in Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 16, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the promotion of Timothy Stephenson Jr. to the role of regional manager for the Philadelphia and King of Prussia offices.

Stephenson, who joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2017, has been serving as associate regional manager for the firm’s Washington, D.C., and Baltimore offices. Before stepping into management, Tim was a senior associate specializing in multifamily investment sales in the Chicago office.

“Tim brings with him a tremendous amount of transactional experience,” says Brian Hosey, senior vice president and Mid-Atlantic division manager. “As an agent in the Chicago Oak Brook office, he closed over seventy investment sales. Stephenson holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
