Marcus & Millichap Sells Bedford Industrial Property for $2.275 Million

BEDFORD, N.H., Nov. 20, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 30 Harvey Road in Bedford, New Hampshire. The property sold for $2,275,000.
"We received tremendous interest on this property from local New Hampshire buyers as well as Boston based capital,” said Harrison Klein, first vice president of investments. “For a variety of reasons, Southern New Hampshire is one of the hottest markets we operate in,” Klein added.
Klein, Ben Scherman, and Luigi Lessa, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both local private investors. This is the third industrial sale in New Hampshire completed by The Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap in the past twelve months.
Built in 1987, these industrial office warehouses are on the Manchester, New Hampshire border, two miles from Route 3. The property, spanning a 3.17-acre parcel, is fully occupied by six tenants and includes about 1.45 acres of undeveloped land.
