VANCOUVER, WA, October 24, 2023 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Y Plaza, a 26,572-square foot shopping center located in Vancouver, WA, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm’s Seattle office. The asset sold for $3,575,000.

The buyer was secured and represented by Eric M. Garske, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Portland office with the assistance of Joel Deis.

Y Plaza is located at 14612 NE Fourth Plain Blvd in Vancouver, WA. The building received multiple above list price offers, but our client acted quickly with clean terms and conditions in his offer to win the deal. The purchase was financed by Red Canoe.
