Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 1,600-Square-Foot Net-Leased Property

CINCINNATI, OHIO, May 9, 2022 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Swensons Drive-In sale-leaseback, a 1,600-square-foot net-leased property located in Cincinnati, Ohio, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office. The asset sold for $2,453,000.

Alex M. Frankel, Chris Lind and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Phoenix offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Michael Glass, Ohio Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Swensons Drive-In sale-leaseback is located at 491 Ohio Pike in Cincinnati, Ohio. “Swensons is a growing regional chain that is working their way towards becoming a national brand,” says Frankel. “With 15 years on the lease, the Buyer will see long term benefits of increased company revenue by the continued growth of the chain. The asset is well positioned for success in a strong Cincinnati market.”
