Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 10,054-Square Foot Industrial Building

DENVER, October 8, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 4090 Dahlia St., a 10,054-square foot industrial property located in Denver, Colo., according to Adam A. Lewis, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office. The asset sold for $1,511,000.

Alyssa Tomback and Adam Abushagur, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver and Dallas’ office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

4090 Dahlia St in centrally located in the Quebec St. industrial submarket, just 25-minutes to Denver International Airport and 15-minutes to Downtown Denver. The submarket also has had very low vacancy rate, below two percent for comparable properties of this size. Tomback commented on the significance of the sale, “this deal was very popular with investors and owner-users, given the lack of similar inventory on the market.” Adding that, “we received five offers in under a week and ultimately closed above asking.”
