Marcus & Millichap Broker Douglas Mandel Honored as Broker of the Year by NAIOP

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Douglas K. Mandel, executive managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office has been named 2019 Broker of the Year by the South Florida Chapter of NAIOP. NAOIP, National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, is a commercial real estate development association. Their award recognizes the industry professional whose achievements best exemplify leadership and innovation in the region’s commercial real estate market and facilitated economic growth. Mandel was also named on NAIOP’s 2019 Capital Markets Broker Team of the Year.

Mandel leads a team offering multiple specialties, including the marketing and sale of mid-market and institutional office, industrial, and retail assets throughout the state of Florida and in the Southeast. He is an executive director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Office & Industrial Properties and Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) divisions. In his 20-year commercial real estate career, Mandel closed over 300 transactions with an aggregate total of ~$2.5 billion.
