IPA Expands Orlando Multifamily Sales Team

Institutional Property Advisors has added three investment sales brokers to its multifamily division in Orlando, Fla. Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill previously worked with CBRE, where they amassed more than $10 billion in sales as a team. One of the last deals they were involved in was the sale of a 208-unit community south of Orlando.

With more than 16 years of experience in the industry, Granade will serve as executive managing director. Working as vice chairman for CBRE, he was among the firm’s top five performers nationally from 2010 until 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
