Tampa Bay Business Journal recognized the sale of Westchase Town Center as one of the Best Retail Deals in its 2026 Best Real Estate Deals awards. Evan Cannan and Reid Thedford of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller in the $24.94 million transaction.
The sale marked the first ownership transfer of the 58,383-square-foot retail center since its development in 2006. The property attracted nine offers within the first week of marketing and closed at the full contract price.
Located in Tampa’s Westchase community, Westchase Town Center serves as a central destination for shopping, dining and services. The sale also included additional acreage with zoning that allows for potential multifamily or mixed-use development, providing flexibility for future investment.
