Douglas Mandel, executive managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, was named a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year in South Florida Business Journal's 2026 Structure Awards.
The award recognizes individuals who have been involved in significant commercial real estate transactions across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Mandel's recognition reflects his continued investment sales activity and involvement in notable transactions throughout South Florida.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2004, Mandel has completed more than 400 transactions totaling over $4 billion in sales volume. He advises private and institutional investors on office, industrial and retail investment properties throughout the region and serves as executive director of the firm's Institutional Property Advisors division. He was also recently named a Connect CRE Florida Top Broker and NAIOP South Florida Broker of the Year.
