Dominic Sulo, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, was recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as part of its 2026 40 Under 40 program.
The program recognizes professionals making an impact in Chicago’s business community. Sulo was selected for his accomplishments in commercial real estate brokerage, including his work in net-leased investment sales and retail shopping center investment sales.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2010, Sulo has completed 443 transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. His transaction experience includes more than 160 childcare facilities valued at approximately $500 million, as well as the sale of the first Mariano’s grocery store in Chicago’s West Loop, valued at more than $50 million. He advises clients using real-time transaction data and Marcus & Millichap’s national platform and investor network.
Sulo is also a principal at Sulo Development, a Chicago-based firm focused on ground-up luxury residential projects. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and supports the development of junior brokers through mentoring and training on market strategy, transaction execution and client advisory.
