NEW YORK, N.Y. — Steven J. Siegel, executive managing director investments with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has been recognized by GlobeSt. as part of its Influencers in Retail Real Estate 2026 program.
The recognition highlights Siegel's longstanding impact on retail investment sales and advisory services for institutional investors and major private clients nationwide. Specializing in shopping centers, power centers and single-tenant net-leased properties, he has spent more than three decades helping clients navigate changing market conditions and execute complex retail transactions.
In 2025, Siegel closed approximately $104.79 million in retail transactions. His recent activity includes the $99 million sale of Freedom Town Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and the $80 million ground lease of the IAC Building in Manhattan.
Siegel launched his commercial real estate career in 1989 and joined Marcus & Millichap in 1998. As executive managing director investments with IPA, he advises institutional and private investors on acquisition, disposition and portfolio strategies involving investment-grade retail assets throughout the United States.
A member of Marcus & Millichap's Seven-Figure Club, Siegel has received multiple Sales Achievement Awards and National Achievement Awards during his career.
