Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Faus has closed more than $144 million in sales volume. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and flex properties across Maryland and the broader Mid-Atlantic region, advising private clients, family offices, private equity groups and institutional investors. He also works closely with the firm’s in-house capital partners to help clients evaluate financing solutions aligned with their investment objectives.
