Mattias Edenkrans, associate director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, was recognized by Connect CRE as part of its Next Gen awards program.
The award recognizes emerging leaders in commercial real estate who have made meaningful contributions to their firms and the industry. Edenkrans was selected for his work advising clients across New England, with a focus on industrial, flex and office investment sales and his ability to guide property owners through valuation, market positioning and strategic decision-making.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, he has closed more than $55 million in sales volume and nearly 500,000 square feet across the region. Edenkrans is a member of the firm’s Office & Industrial specialty division and works with owners to evaluate options for holding, selling or repositioning assets, with a focus on the North Shore Massachusetts market.
