Zade Dwaik

Zade Dwaik, of Marcus & Millichap’s Toronto office, is an associate who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Region of Peel. Zade's daily mission is to energetically support clients by engineering innovative advisory solutions designed to bridge their objectives of today with their goals of the future.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Zade gained experience in the acquisition side working for a development shop in the US, where he did a rotational internship that encompassed project management, financial analysis, and deal underwriting. Prior to that, Zade held a role at TD Canada Trust as an Investment Consultant, and worked directly with financial planners and wealth managers to accommodate the investment needs of high net worth clients. Priding himself on being attentive to the needs of his clients and working tirelessly to make sure they're met, Zade believes his previous experiences combined with his client focused approach help him provide excellent service to his clients.

Zade attended Ryerson University where he obtained his BSc. and MEng. in Biomedical Engineering. In his personal time, Zade enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
