Zachary Mazzuca

Zac specializes in seller representation and select buyer representation within the Morse Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap. Zac is committed to providing value in every interaction he has with clients, and believes that results follow real connections with real people. Zac's passion is for the North End of Washington State, including Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

In the past two years, Zac has sold 130 units and over $23,000,000 in sales volume across 7 properties from Lynnwood to Bellingham. In 2024 he was recognized as Rookie of the Year, and in 2025 he was recognized as Rising Star within the Seattle Office for his efforts.

Zac graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. He learned the value of resiliency and a never-give-up attitude through his time on Western's Rowing team. Zac is a Washington native and in his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, reading, and spending time with family.
