Zachary Levine

An Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Levine specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Office, Industrial and Retail properties throughout the state of Florida, primarily Palm Beach County. Born and raised in South Florida, Zach is well versed in the history of the local real estate market. Zach has been able to successfully leverage his prior experience as an Acquisitions Specialists for a local Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm into creating a positive impact on the owners and investors he speaks with daily. In 2021, he awarded the Pace Setter Award from Marcus & Millichap. In 2023, he was awarded the prestigious Rookie of the Year award by NAIOP. Zach advises clients on financial analysis and underwriting of investment properties, disposition strategies and trends, navigating methods to optimize value, preparing offering memorandums, and pricing analysis proposals. His commitment to detail and professionalism allows him to help clients achieve their long-term real estate goals.

Mr. Levine earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University where he graduated with Cum Laude Honors.
