Zachary Brown

Zach Brown is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office, specializing in industrial investment sales. He advises industrial property owners and investors on acquisitions and dispositions throughout Middle and East Tennessee.

A lifelong Tennessee resident, Brown brings firsthand knowledge of the state’s communities, demographics and market movement to his work with clients. His local perspective supports his understanding of the factors influencing industrial real estate across the region.

Originally from Memphis, Brown earned a degree in finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys golf, fitness, traveling and following Tennessee athletics.
