Zach is an investment associate within the RPH Multifamily group focused primarily on the Tri-County Tampa Bay area. Zach brings a strong understanding of finance, a passion for real estate, and several years of sales experience from a leading FL commercial construction company. Zach’s expertise in finance and construction combined with his commitment to customer engagement enable him to create and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and insightful market knowledge.

• Zach is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, where he began his career in high school as an assistant controller for a commercial security company. After a successful two-year career in roofing sales, generating over $1 Million in revenues in Southwest Florida, Zach pivoted to new opportunities within commercial real estate. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, pickleball and exploring the greater Tampa area.
