Zach Cuellar

Zach Cuellar joined Marcus and Millichap in 2022. Zach specializes in the disposition of Office and Industrial buildings in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. He advises clients during the disposition process and is a great resource for current property owners who seek improvement in property valuation. Zach earned his salesperson license in college where he began working shortly after. Prior to commercial real estate, Zach worked in residential investment sales where he provided his clients due diligence, underwriting, and acquisitions services. In addition to being an agent, Zach worked as the Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager for the brokerage, Inspire TX Realty, and served the agents of the firm as the day-to-day Operations Assistant.

The team has over 30 years of experience in property management, leasing, and construction in addition to acquisition, disposition, and refinancing more than $445 million.

Zach is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics where he also walked on to the football team from 2019-2020. Zach is a Member of the SABOR Committee, the Young Professionals Network, and the Young Commercial Real Estate Advancement Network. Zach is an avid blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiast, specifically in decentralized finance, and tokenized securities.
