Zach Bjursten

Zach Bjursten joined Marcus and Millichap in 2025 as an associate investment advisor, specializing in transactions involving industrial and office properties. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Zach worked for a local real estate investment syndicate and help oversee numerous warehouse/storage operations facilities. Being an office and industrial specialist Zach advises clients on transactions throughout the entire Bay Area.

Originally from Marin County, Zach has an understanding of industrial and office properties through a local lens and perspective. Zach uses this local knowledge to provide tailored solutions to investors and owner-users.

Zach is a graduate of Saint Mary's College of California. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for hikes with his dog, and watching any kind of sporting event.
