Yianni Kintis is an investment advisor specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties in San Francisco. A member of the National Multi Housing Group, he embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office in 2024. Yianni, a San Francisco native, is an investor and property manager in his hometown. With his deep understanding of the local real estate market and regulations, he conducts complex deals with confidence. A proud alumnus of St. Ignatius College Preparatory, he further honed his skills by earning a degree in Marketing from St. John's University in New York City. Upon graduating, he oversaw the management of 300 apartment units throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
