Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Yianni developed a strong background in financial advising, where he honed his analytical and client-service skills. He later transitioned to property management, successfully overseeing the maintenance, construction, and client relations for a portfolio exceeding $25 million in assets. These experiences provided him with a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations and asset management, which he leverages to deliver exceptional results for his clients.

Yianni is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Counseling and Planning. Aside from real estate, he enjoys golf, skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
