Yana Vlady

Yana Vlady is a Senior Associate specializing in multifamily properties throughout East Hollywood, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Mid-Wilshire, and Beverly Grove. Her deep understanding of the real estate industry is not only reflected in her technical proficiency but also in her ability to collaborate with investors and developers, guiding them through strategic financial decisions that contribute to the creation and preservation of their wealth in the dynamic and competitive real estate market.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in January 2019, Yana worked in public accounting with local and national firms providing services in commercial real estate tax compliance for over four years. In December 2014, Yana earned her Accounting Bachelor’s degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from California State University, Northridge. Subsequently, she obtained her licensure as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a Real Estate Agent.

Yana is a native and bilingual speaker of English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
