Wyatt Murrell

Wyatt Murrell is an investment sales associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of trophy retail properties nationwide. A third-generation real estate investor born and raised in Southern California, Wyatt brings a strong foundation in investment underwriting, analysis, asset management, and strategic decision-making.

He joined the Attia Group in 2025, where he plays a key role in supporting the team with financial underwriting, investment analysis, marketing, and business operations. Wyatt’s background in both commercial real estate and financial services allows him to provide data-driven insights and value to investors across the country.

Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the USC Marshall School of Business and a minor in Real Estate Development. He is based on Naples Island in Long Beach, California, and in his free time enjoys golfing, skiing, and attending USC sporting events.
