William Miller

William R. Miller joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in 2025, where he advises investors and owners on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage real estate assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic. William has experience in investment sales, capital raising, and financial analysis across REITs, private real estate, traditional investments, and alternative investment platforms.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, William built a successful career in investment sales and distribution. He is experienced in cultivating relationships across multiple markets, delivering portfolio and market insights, and leveraging data analytics to identify high-potential opportunities and drive asset flows. In his career, he has held senior sales and leadership roles.

In addition to his sales leadership experience, William brings a strong analytical background, with hands-on experience in property valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Technology & Analytics at Stevens Institute of Technology, complementing his practical investment experience with advanced quantitative and data-driven methodologies.

William holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate from Monmouth University. He maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He also served in the United States Navy for over a decade.
