Will Shealy

Will Shealy specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the North Houston market. He joined the firm’s Houston office in 2019 as an agent specializing in manufactured housing investments. Before serving as the Sales Manager of the Houston Office in 2023, Will earned Houston Rookie of the Year in 2020, the Sales Recognition Award and Houston Mentor of the year in 2022, and had the privilege of mentoring another Houston Rookie of the Year award winner.

Will received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Management, magna cum laude, from Houston Baptist University where he also played football. Upon his graduation in 2019, he began his career at Marcus & Millichap. Since joining, Shealy has overseen transactions totaling more than $100 million in sales volume.
