Will Gorgol

Will Gorgol specializes in investment sales and advisory services for net leased and multitenant retail with a geographical focus in the Midwest, with a focus primarily on investment grade assets and other credit tenants.
 
Will joined Marcus & Millichap in 2018 as a Financial Analyst, and quickly moved into the brokerage side of the business. As a Financial Analyst, he underwrote nearly $200M worth of commercial real estate assets giving him a profound understanding of market knowledge and real estate fundamentals. As an investment advisor, Will has sold investment properties in several states across the country, helped his clients successfully navigate 1031 exchanges, and has received the CoStar Power Broker Award.
 
Mr. Gorgol attended Indiana University, and graduated with a degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. During his time on campus, Will was an active student with involvement in several campus organizations including the Indiana University Student Foundation, Beta Theta Pi fraternity, Indiana University Dance Marathon, and was faculty selected to join the Commercial Real Estate Workshop.
 
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his family at Lake Wawasee, playing golf, and watching sports.
