Wesley Aubuchon

Wes Aubuchon specializes in the investment sales of multifamily and mixed-use assets across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. With a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of market dynamics, Wes provides clients with strategic advisory, valuation, and underwriting services to help them achieve their investment goals.​

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Sales. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked for a real estate developer in property management and gained additional experience in facilities operations for a national corporation, giving him valuable insight into real estate ownership.​

Originally from Delaware, Wes grew up running Cross Country and Track & Field, developing the discipline and persistence that now define his professional approach. Outside of work, he enjoys vacationing at the Delaware Beaches and Jersey Shore, playing poker, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.​
