Wes Peacock is a retail specialist focusing on both single- and multi-tenant properties throughout the secondary and tertiary markets of Texas. He aims to advise his clients on their investment plans by providing accurate and timely market intel, creating long-term relationships in the process.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes worked in entertainment as an assistant at United Talent Agency in Los Angeles, CA, where he honed his craft serving high-profile clients in film, television, and sports. He then rose through the ranks of the restaurant world, cooking at Michelin-starred Chef Ludo Lefebrve’s Petit Trois in Sherman Oaks, CA, and then as a culinary manager with the Hillstone Restaurant Group in Dallas, TX, this time serving high-profile clients in a different manner.
Wes is a native of Los Angeles, CA, and a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he played centerfield and led the baseball team to two DIII World Series appearances and three UAA Division Championships. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sports Management from Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of brokerage, you can find him watching the Atlanta Braves, paddle boarding on Ladybird Lake, or exploring Austin’s diverse food scene.
